Billing
GET /api-v1-billing returns billing_mode, the packs you can buy, and the current balance.
POST /api-v1-billing
Personal accounts use the same packs as Chat and Create:

Team and Business orgs use company packs (org_credits_100, org_credits_500, org_credits_2000) and optional auto top-up. Those are not required to use the API.
Returns checkout_url. The same URL is attached to every insufficient_credits 402.
